Mr. Abdullah Al Mamun

Secretary

Since its establishment in 1979, Chattogram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital has remained dedicated to serving humanity through accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare. What began as a modest initiative has evolved into a comprehensive healthcare institution supported by strong governance, transparent management, and community participation.

As Secretary, I am proud to be part of an organization that not only delivers advanced medical services through its 650-bed general hospital but also contributes significantly to medical and nursing education. Our Medical College, Nursing Institute, and Institute of Child Health are shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals who are serving the nation with competence and compassion.

With the construction of our upcoming 850-bed specialized hospital, we are preparing to meet the growing healthcare needs of the people of Chattogram and surrounding regions. We remain committed to accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement to ensure that our services reach those who need them most.

Together, with the support of our dedicated team and valued well-wishers, we will continue to advance our mission of compassionate and excellence-driven healthcare.
